Effective date: October 25, 2026 · Provider: GameDay Huddle LLC
These terms are between you — a parent, a guardian or a member of a club’s staff — and GameDay Huddle LLC, which operates GameDay Huddle. Your agreement with your club is separate and is the club’s.
1. Agreeing to these terms
Using GameDay Huddle means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. There is no box to tick and we keep no record of you having accepted: the link is shown to you when you sign in and it is on every account screen, and use is the acceptance. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
- You must be an adult to hold an account. A child does not get one.
- Signing in is handled by Microsoft. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you, unless the law says otherwise.
- What you can see and do at a club is set by the role that club gave you, not by us.
- You can delete your account from inside the app. It is kept for 30 days, and signing in again cancels the deletion.
3. What we do, and what your club does
We provide the software. Your club runs the program. Prices, divisions, eligibility rules, what documents it asks for, whether a refund is given, who coaches and whether a game is played are all the club’s decisions, and a question about any of them is a question for the club.
We do not check that what a club publishes is accurate, and we are not a party to your registration with the club.
4. Money
- The club sets the price, and the payment goes to the club’s own connected Stripe account. The club is the merchant of record.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card number and security code go from your device to Stripe and never reach us.
- Every parent who registers a child keeps a valid card on file with that club. You can add cards and change your default at any time; the last valid card cannot be removed while the club requires one.
- Refunds are the club’s decision and are issued by the club.
- We are paid by the club, under its own agreement with GameDay Huddle. Our fee is never added to what you pay, and there is none on a donation or a sponsorship.
- Nothing in this product is sold to you as an upgrade. There is no paid tier and no in-app purchase.
5. Using it properly
Team chat exists so a club can reach a family. Do not use it to harass anybody, to exploit or endanger a child, to post child sexual abuse material, to post anything unlawful, or to post another family’s information. Every message can be reported, anybody can be blocked, and a club’s staff can moderate a chat.
- Do not try to reach data belonging to a club you are not a member of, or to a family other than your own.
- Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload.
- Do not attempt to get around a refusal, a rate limit or a permission check.
- Do not use the platform to build a product that competes with it, or to extract its data in bulk.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and a club may remove somebody from its own club at any time.
6. What you upload
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people at your club who are entitled to see it — that is all, and only for as long as the platform holds it. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not give it to anybody else except as the privacy policy describes.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The platform is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, GameDay Huddle disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
GameDay Huddle does not promise that what a club publishes is accurate, that a credential or an eligibility decision is correct, that a refund will be granted, that a fundraising campaign will meet its goal, or that messages will be delivered at any particular time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GameDay Huddle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption or substitute services, even if we were told those damages were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, GameDay Huddle’s total liability for all claims relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to GameDay Huddle for the platform or $100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or non-waivable statutory rights.
9. Indemnity
To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to defend and indemnify GameDay Huddle against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the platform, what you upload, your breach of these terms, or your unauthorized use of another person’s information. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by GameDay Huddle’s gross negligence, willful misconduct or violation of law.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the platform at any time and delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account does not undo a registration, does not refund money and does not delete your child’s record, which belongs to the club.
We may end your access if you break these terms. A club’s own agreement with us ends separately, and what happens to its data then is in that agreement.
11. Disputes, arbitration and the class waiver
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
Please contact support@gamedayhuddle.com first, so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot, you and GameDay Huddle agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, and except where a law that cannot be waived gives you a different right.
Arbitration is not a court case: there is no judge and no jury. By agreeing to arbitration, you and GameDay Huddle each give up the right to have the dispute decided in court or by a jury, except in small claims court and for rights that cannot be waived. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, subject to these terms and the applicable law.
You and GameDay Huddle agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general or representative proceeding, except where the law does not allow that waiver. The arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one person or preside over any class or representative proceeding unless the law requires otherwise.
A parent or guardian may accept these terms for their own account and for running a child’s registration. These terms do not release a claim of the child’s that cannot be waived, and do not waive any right that New Jersey law, or another law that applies, does not allow to be waived before an injury.
12. Changes, and how to reach us
If we change these terms in a material way, the new version is published here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the platform accepts it.
